To order service or just view pricing, click Sign Up. Choose from Linux, Linux for web hosting, FreeBSD, Windows, or Windows with Microsoft SQL. Then configure your server to suit your needs. Use the drop down menus to select the amount of CPU, memory, primary disk, swap disk, IP addresses, port speed, which operating system you’d like, and the optional bulk storage. Then give your server a hostname and a label. Understand that 5 TB of bandwidth transfer is included each month.

At checkout you have the option to reconfigure your server, or remove it from the shopping cart. To complete your order fill out your contact information and payment details – this will generate a new account for you. Existing customers can add services to their account by entering their email and password here. From here you can start, stop, shut down, reboot, startup on recovery, rebuild and open the console to your server. Feel free to take advantage of the additional tools such as IP management, CPU usage graphs, disk management, and backups. There’s also a handy activity log and usage records so you can stay on top of everything. When you order your server you’ll receive a welcome email with login information and a link to the client billing &service dashboard. You’ll also receive your first invoice with a link at the bottom where you can sign in and pay your invoices. Once your payment is successful you’ll receive payment confirmation. An order is automatically generated upon payment and services with automatically be set up. This typically takes less than 5 minutes. Once the order is complete you’ll receive an email notification – this will include the IP addresses and root password for your server, as well as information on how to submit a support ticket.
